Diabetes Program and Nutrition Flyer

The CNE Diabetes Care and Education Program is available to any person diagnosed with diabetes and is designed to teach people the necessary skills to manage diabetes. 
 
Medical Nutrition Therapy with a Registered Dietitian is available to individuals who have a chronic disease like cardiovascular disease, prediabetes, obesity, IBS/IBD, or for those who desire to lose weight.
