CNE RX Patient Flyer - to be included in patient folders / packets

Here at Care New England, we offer our patients easy access to an on-site pharmacy. Through our Meds to Beds program, patients who have been admitted to Kent Hospital, are able to have their prescriptions filled by their clinical care team and ready for pick-up on site upon discharge.
